About the coach

Yanina Lebedeva, PhD

With over 15 years in psychology, leadership, and training, I have dedicated the last year to profound research on burnout, conducting coaching sessions and psychological counseling specifically on this topic. I also designed and led a specialized burnout recovery program, Burnout First Aid for Managers, which successfully concluded in December 2024.

My approach is grounded in science-backed strategies that not only help leaders and employees regain their energy but also equip organizations with sustainable methods to enhance resilience and maintain peak performance.
