About the coach

Yanina Lebedeva, PhD

I hold a PhD in Psychology and have dedicated over 15 years to organizational psychology and leadership development. As a certified coach, I specialize in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential by fostering high-performing, engaged work environments.

Throughout my career, I have led large-scale talent development initiatives, most notably as the founder and head of the Learning and Development department for the EMEA region in a global organization. In this role, I designed and implemented strategies that empowered managers and teams, shifting the focus from outdated performance evaluations to a culture of trust, continuous dialogue, and collaborative growth.

My approach integrates innovative leadership practices with a strong emphasis on well-being, ensuring that performance management is not just about results but also about sustainable professional and personal development. Leaders and professionals I have worked with often describe me as a coach, mentor, and catalyst for growth—someone who helps them navigate challenges and achieve meaningful success.
