Yanina Lebedeva, PhD
With over 15 years in psychology, leadership, and talent development, I bring hands-on expertise in designing and implementing large-scale HR programs. In my role leading the portfolio of HR Programs at Global EPAM, I focused on Professional Growth and Performance Management, covering key areas such as Career Development, Title Promotion, Succession Management, Feedback, and Performance Development.
I have successfully revisited and restructured the Employee Professional Development Journey to align with the company’s people services, providing clear pathways for professional growth. Additionally, I developed a Performance Management framework aimed at enhancing employee experience and driving organizational success.
My approach integrates strategic HR insights with science-backed methodologies to build sustainable talent development systems that empower leaders and employees to thrive.

Action Learning Plan for each participant:
Each participant creates an action plan to define this program's clear learning objectives and implementation steps. The action plan is connected to their business goals. This practice enhances engagement, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Training effectiveness analysis:
Based on learning, behavioral, and business goals we discuss on pre-program screening, we create a plan of effectiveness evaluation for the particular group of participants.
